The Vivander Visibility Audit

Find out what AI tells your buyers about your business

Your buyers ask AI which business to choose. We ask the same questions, see who AI recommends, and hand you a ranked list of fixes.

A diagnosis and a ranked action plan in two to three weeks. Quoted after a short call. Making the fixes is quoted separately.

Does AI name you?

Seven AI platforms, your buyers' questions, three tries each.

Who does it pick instead?

The rivals in your place, and the sites that put them there.

What do you fix first?

Every fix in order, with who on your team can make it.

Why it matters

If AI leaves you out, the buyer never hears your name

AI answers name a few businesses and stop. A buyer who picks from that list never visits your site, so you never see the loss.

AI said: "Dogs and cats welcome"
The truth: dogs only

Source: two travel-agency listings. Fix: correct both listings.

Illustrative data for the fictional Harbor Light Inn. Private dock: Gemini said there is no dock in 2 of 3 tries, stated wrong. Rooms: ChatGPT said 38 in 3 of 3, correct. Opened 1998: Copilot said 2005 in 2 of 3, stated wrong. Dogs welcome: one tool said pet friendly and another said no pets, the tools disagree. Wedding license: no AI tool mentions it, not stated. Each wrong fact is traced to the page that started it.

How it works

From a first call to a plan, in two to three weeks

You tell us about your buyers

After a short call and your quote, a one-hour intake: who buys from you, what they ask, and which competitors you watch.

We test and check

Your buyers' questions on seven AI platforms, three tries each. Then your website, listings, reviews and the sites AI reads.

We walk you through the plan

The findings, the evidence and the fixes in order. Retests at 30 and 90 days are available, quoted separately.

Example, illustrative data. Before: the private dock of the fictional Harbor Light Inn is shown in photographs with empty image descriptions and never stated in page text; the word dock appears in 0 of 31 saved pages, and in testing 9 of 12 boating questions named a rival and none named the inn. After: the rooms and weddings pages gain a Docking and boating section. The success criterion is a mention in at least 4 of the 12 questions at the 90-day retest.
Example with a fictional inn: a finding, the fix, and how the retest will judge it.
Illustrative answer with fictional names. Asked: inn with a private dock in Portmarrow. The Copilot answer calls Harbor Light Inn the pick for its guest slips, names Quayside Hotel, and links harborlightinn.example. The four questions: named, yes, first of two; offered as an option, yes; for or against, for; own site linked at the mention, yes. Classed as cited and recommended.
Example: every answer is read the same way, with four questions.
Illustrative action plan for the fictional Harbor Light Inn, in order. R1 correct the year opened on two listings, a quick win the property controls. R2 let AI crawlers through at the CDN edge, a quick win for the web vendor. R3 state the private dock in page text, a quick win. R4 publish one capacity for the event lawn, a structural fix. R5 mark up rooms, rates and location, a structural fix for the web vendor. R6 earn a place in the cited harbor guide, a strategic build that is earned, not owned.
Example: the fixes in order, each with who controls it.
Common questions

Questions people ask about the audit

How long does the audit take?

Two to three weeks from intake to delivery, including the independent validation.

Retests at 30 and 90 days after you act are available, quoted separately.

What do you need from us?

Before the quote, a short call. After you accept it:

  • An hour for the intake call.
  • Answers to a short list of facts about your business.
  • The competitors you compare yourself with.
  • Optional: read access to Google Analytics, Search Console or Bing Webmaster.

Access you do not grant is listed as out of scope in one line. It is never written up as a finding.

We operate under a brand. Does the audit still apply?

Yes. The measurement is the same, so your score compares with an independent business.

The plan tags every action by who controls it: your team's list now, and a specific request for the brand.

Which businesses is the audit built for?

Any business a buyer picks from a shortlist, including product brands and professional firms.

It was built in hospitality, so hotels, restaurants, venues and destinations have the most examples. Hospitality is not a requirement.

Why do AI answers in the audit differ from what I see myself?

AI answers vary between tries, accounts and dates.

So every question runs three times on each platform, and a result counts only when it holds in two of three. Each finding states the platform and the date.

Does the audit do the optimization work?

No. The audit is the diagnosis and the action plan. Each action names who can make it: your team, your agency or, for a branded property, the brand.

Vivander Advisors can do the work with you, quoted separately. Retests at 30 and 90 days, also quoted separately, show what moved.

What does it cost?

There is no list price. The quote depends on the number of locations, the buyer types you sell to and the competitors you want compared.

Send the form below. After a short call we send a written quote before any work starts. Retests, implementation and monitoring are each priced on their own.

Does the audit include the monitoring platform?

No. The audit is delivered as documents and a data room.

If you choose a monitoring plan, the audit's questions and answers become its starting point. How monitoring works

Ask for a quote

Ask for a quote for your audit

Four fields are enough to start: your name, email, business and website. We reply by email to arrange a short call.

What happens next

  1. We read your request and look at your site.
  2. A short call: your buyers, your competitors and what you want the audit to answer.
  3. A written quote and scope, sized by your buyer types, locations and competitors.
  4. If you accept, the one-hour intake starts the audit.

What arrives at the end

  • A summary with the first five actions
  • A full assessment with the evidence
  • An implementation plan and action checklist
  • A content strategy, and what AI knows about you
  • A leadership presentation and the data room
